Energy costs in 2023 are expected to remain high. This is good for Switchr's earnings to be reinvested in new solar plants, but we also want to share with our investors. We are consolidating our position as a green bond issuer by offering increased interest on investments in our two solar parks in Falkenberg and Ripa.
Normally, the yearly interest rate for Switchr1 (Ripa, Italy) is 6%. For Switchr2 (Falkenberg, Sweden) it's 4,5%.
From now and during the campaign period that ends 31.03.2023, you will receive an increased annual interest of 1 percentage point from our parks during the whole of 2023. That means that Switchr1 (Ripa, Italy) will return 7% and Switchr2 (Falkenberg, Sweden) will return 5,5% on your investment.

- The respective interest rates apply to new investments made in solar panels during the campaign period, 16.12.2022 – 31.03.2023.
- The additional interest return of 1 percentage points applies to both Switchr1 and Switchr2 during the period 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023.
- You will be eligible for the additional interest of 1 percentage points independent of park, ONLY if you do not sell any panels to invest in new ones, during the campaign period.
- The interest will be payed out once a year.
- Withdraw or reinvest the interest from your investment, after minimum 1 year. The initial investment will be payed back together with current years interest when you terminate your investment.
